Main Idea: The Temptation of Jesus was Sat’s attempt to stop God’s plan. Jesus willingly went to the wilderness to face temptation for our sake. Jesus was victorious over temptation because of obedience to the Father.

Main Idea: The baptism of Jesus was a pivotal point in his life beginning his public ministry. The contrast of Jesus. The submission of Jesus. The confirmation of Jesus.

Main Idea: God initiated the salvation of man. The pronouncement. The precursor
Passing the Torch to the Disciples – Matthew 28:16-20
Main Idea: Every believer has been given the task of disciple making. The authority of our call. The task of our call. The assurance of our call.
Psalm 113
Main Idea: Endless praise should mark the life of a believer because of who we serve. We praise the Lord because He has revealed Himself to us (v.1-3). We praise the Lord for who He is (v. 4-6). We praise the Lord for what He has done (v.7-9).
Psalm 38 – The Destructive Nature of Sin
Main Idea: Sin’s goal is destruction, and our only hope is the Lord.
