Psalm 113
Main Idea: Endless praise should mark the life of a believer because of who we serve. We praise the Lord because He has revealed Himself to us (v.1-3). We praise the Lord for who He is (v. 4-6). We praise the Lord for what He has done (v.7-9).
Psalm 38 – The Destructive Nature of Sin
Main Idea: Sin’s goal is destruction, and our only hope is the Lord.
Psalm 30
Main Idea: God works through earthly discipline to accomplish spiritual growth. God’s saving work produces a praising people (v. 1-5). God’s discipline work provokes a humble servant (v. 6-10). God’s transforming work creates an eternal worshipper (v. 11-12).
Psalm 115
Main Idea: There is only one God and He is worthy of your trust and praise. The worthiness of God (v. 1-3) The worthlessness of idols (v.4-8) The Privilege of Trust (v. 9-15) The Proclamation of Praise (v. 16-18)
Psalm 103
Main Idea: The love of God reminds His people to praise Him. A reminder to the forgetful (v. 1-2) Blessings of the Father (v. 3-10) Worthiness of the King (v. 11-19) Response of His servant (v. 20-22)

Main Idea: In the midst of suffering we are to hold onto and have confidence in the Lord. The Approach to God (v. 1-3) The Content of David’s Approach (v. 4-10) The Confidence gained (v. 11-12)
